The Walk London Autumn Ambles Walking Weekend is an annual walking event in London that includes 36 unique walking routes over a 2 day period. This year the Walk London Autumn Ambles Walking Weekend is on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September 2013.
It’s definitely feeling a bit more Autumn like but it’s still great weather for walking and the Walk London Autumn Ambles Walking Weekend organisers are hoping you’ll join them on this year for what is shaping up to be a great event with record levels of attendance across the whole of London.

Saturday 28th September 2013
LONDON’S ULTIMATE WALK – The Green Chain MEGAWALK – 21.5 miles taking just over 9 hours
The Glorious London Loop – 11 miles taking 6 hours
Somewhere Else London – just under 5 miles taking 2 hours
Seafaring London – Tower Bridge to Greenwich – 6.5 miles taking over 3 hours
The amazing history of the banks of the River Thames – 1.5 miles taking 2 hours (a very slow paced walk!)
Beyond the Games – Epping Forest – just over 8 miles of Epping Forest trails taking over 4 hours
Walking on Water – The Glorious Lea Valley – 6 miles taking 4 hours
Old Camden Town – Less than 5 miles taking 2 hours
St Paul’s and the Secret Corners of the City – 1.5 miles taking 2 hours (another slow paced walk)
Old Westminster – 1,000 Years of History – less than 5 miles taking 2 hours

Millbank MI5 and MI6 and much more – 2.5 miles taking over 2 hours
City Hall to Canary Wharf – just over 3 miles taking over 2 hours
The Legacy of the Games – Ferry cross the Thames – just under 6 miles taking 3 hours
London’s Hidden Treasures – 2 miles taking 2 hours
Epping Forest to the Roding Valley – another great Epping Forest walk covering just under 5 miles taking 3 hours
Unknown delights and gems in South East London – 10 miles taking 5 hours
The Finest Walk in London – Wimbledon Park to Richmond – 7.5 miles taking 4 hours
London’s hidden alleyways and courtyards – 1.5 miles taking 2 hours
The Legacy of the Games – Regent’s Canal – 5 miles taking 3 hours
