From Dover Priory station I walked right up the steps to Folkestone Road where I then walked right and then left up Clarendon Place.
I then walked left up the path to some steps which took me up to North Military Road and the first sign post for the North Downs Way.

I then walked right and then left by the underpass to walk right at the North Downs Way signpost to Capel Le Ferne.
The path then climbed steeply up to Samphire Hoe before levelling out to some great walking across the North Downs Way and the first glimpse of Folkestone.
I then continued my walk to the big white house where I followed the drive down to Folkestone Road where I then forked left down Old Dover Road and in to Capel Le Ferne.
I kept on this road until it rejoined Folkestone Road, passing the Battle of Britain Memorial on the left hand side, to the next signpost for the North Downs Way where I took the right hand fork to walk across the top of Creteway Down.
I then continued to follow the main track for the North Downs Way, crossing over the road, and along the top of Castle Hill all the way to the lane where I then walked down to Castle Hill roundabout.
I then crossed over the roundabouts down to Cherry Garden Avenue where I walked up to the traffic lights at Beachborough Road with Folkestone West train station by the bridge on the right hand side.
This walk took me 3 hours to complete covering a total of 10 miles.
