This waterproof and windproof mountain jacket from Sprayway is very light weight with it’s GORE-TEX outer meaning it remains breathable in warmer temperatures as well as completely blocking out the cold.

The hood and cuffs are easily adjustable and there are two generously sized mesh lined venting zip-sealed side pockets. The wire peaked hood in particular is designed not to slip over your face and stays in place really well, especially in wind. It’s fixed and adjustable in two ways and rolls away easily in to the collar.

It feels roomy on the inside and comes with an internal stash pocket with a mesh/taffeta combination lining, but looks fairly tailored on the outside so doesn’t get in the way of getting your rucksack on and off.
