Mountain Warehouse Buxton 6 Man Tent
Mountain Warehouse Buxton 6 Man Tent Review
The Mountain Warehouse Buxton 6 man tent is huge but remarkably unbulky, relatively light for its size and completely waterproof.
It’s also incredibly straight forward for one person to set up, although easier if you have two.
The Buxton is also quite simple to pack up and put away in its carry bag.
At 17kg it’s okay to move it from the car to camping site and it unfolds to a whopping 700cm x 240cm x 195cm.
The Mountain Warehouse Buxton 6 man tent comes in three parts – a spacious living area and two bedrooms, one at each end. This tent is perfect for family camping trips.
The groundsheet is sewn in and the tent keeps its shape when you start spreading it out, inserting the poles and banging in the tent pegs and guide lines.
The large doors also include insect mesh and the vents above the window ensures great breathability and reduced condensation.
In addition there is electrical cable outlets, an internal storage pocket for belongings, lantern hook, clear view windows and zipped curtains.
The fiberglass poles are immensely strong and are colour coded for easy pitching and the adjustable peg points provide excellent stability.
Mountain Warehouse Buxton 6 Man Tent was £439 but is now available at 50% off – £219 with free delivery!

Hi I bought one of these tents after reading your review. Can you tell me where I would get an appropriate sized footprint sheet to lay under the tent?
