HAIX Black Eagle Adventure 2.1 GTX Low Walking Shoes
Here is my review of the HAIX Black Eagle Adventure 2.1 GTX Low Walking Shoes – superb footwear from the world’s leading manufacturer of functional footwear.
With a reputation built on ‘Heroes wear HAIX’ this German footwear brand supplies military, Police, rescue workers and Firefighters to name just a few.
The HAIX Black Eagle Adventure 2.1 GTX Low Walking Shoes are from their outdoor range of footwear and come in a range of colour options, and also as walking boots.
I tested these walking shoes out on a fairly standard 4 mile circular walking route in Kent and there were super comfortable for the entire walk.
The soles are amazingly slip resistant and required no cleaning after our walk. According to HAIX they are made of durable rubber to be heat resistant, cold insulating and non-marking. It was a really hot day on our walk and my feet didn’t really sweat and the grip was awesome on some steep, dusty inclines.
The midsole is elasticated and the weight of the shoe is 454 Gram, with a stabilisation zone for perfect pressure distribution – making it much easier to keep your grip and balance.
The dynaframe upper is tear resistant which I tested by scrambling through brambles up a fairly rocky track and the toe of the shoe did not have any noticeable abrasions.
The heel clip, smart pressure free lacing adjustment and generous toe area really kept my feet in control of the ground.
I absolutely love the closed lacing system and the lace pocket makes the HAIX Black Eagle Adventure 2.1 GTX Low Walking Shoes super cool to wear with walking gear, shorts and T-shirt and even with jeans and a shirt.
I am definitely going to get some great wear out of the HAIX Black Eagle Adventure 2.1 GTX Low Walking Shoes. They are probably the best tech shoes I have ever owned and I absolutely love wearing them!
